DELIVERY

 

UK Delivery

Order before 1pm for same day dispatch. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Orders received during these times will be processed the next working day.

Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery is free on all orders over £20. For orders under £20, there will be a shipping fee of £2.90. Expected delivery time within the UK is 3-5 working days.

Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is also available for purchases made before 1pm at a cost of £7.00. A signature will be required to accept delivery.
Royal Mail Guaranteed Saturday Delivery is available for purchases made before 1pm on a Friday at a cost of £17.50. A signature will be required to accept delivery.

International Delivery

The customer is liable for any customs charges that may be incurred, The South Crofty Collection are not liable for any additional postage or customs charges.

All international deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Tracking services will be provided where possible, but please be aware that some countries do not support mail tracking services. For further details, please visit the Royal Mail website.

Europe - £12.00. Expected delivery time is 7-14 working days.
Rest of world - £15.00. Expected delivery time is 14-21 working days.

Overseas Postage must be selected at the checkout.
